Current data on the state of the voivodeship’s real estate assets are available on the Voivodship Real Estate map. The data has been updated regarding land properties:
- Olszańska Street 5 and 5a, Kraków (property division)
- Krzywaczka, Sułkowice Municipality (property division)
- Gładkie Street 1, Zakopane (property added).
The Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Voivodeship manages the voivodeship’s real estate assets, prepares plans for their use, and develops principles and guidelines for managing properties owned by the voivodeship and its organizational units.
