The map showing financial aid for local government units for the construction or modernization of physical culture, sports and recreation facilities, as well as playgrounds, has been updated.

Facilities funded between 2014 and 2025 are presented on the map: Małopolska Recreational and Sports Infrastructure – MIRS – Funding.

This year, the funding has been divided into two Priorities.

Under Priority I, the Małopolska Regional Assembly approved financial aid for the construction or modernization of 97 facilities, including sports fields, tennis courts, outdoor gyms, skateparks, street workout areas, pumptracks, and bicycle traffic towns.

Priority II covers 62 playgrounds equipped with elements of sports infrastructure such as: climbing walls, table tennis tables, chess or checkers boards, outdoor gyms, street workout parks, etc.
